What is the balancing act?
I spent 10+ years studying music at three different universities in three different states, and I was lucky enough to meet and perform with many great musicians. I have also seen several of these incredible performers struggle with issues that either directly or indirectly hindered their musical goals. Using the researching skills developed in my years of study, I started The Balancing Act to share information and suggestions that can help musicians develop their minds and bodies, resulting in a happy, balanced, musical human being.
